Hands and Feet

Not long after my birthday I went to go and get moulds of my hands and feet done so that sculptures could be made. The sculptures go in a nice frame with my name on it. Then everyone will be able to remember how little I was when I was 1.
It was a strange feeling when I had to put my hands and feet in the stuff, but lucky I had sis with me to keep me happy. I was a good boy and didn't move!
I can't wait to see what they turn out like.

Happy Birthday to Me!

Today was exactly one year since I was born. Can you believe it's gone that quick?

I was up bright and early with Emma. We had to get ready because we were going to the park at Gymea. Lots of people were going to come with us and play.



I got to do lots of laps of the park in my new trike. Everybody liked to push me around the track, even my big sis Emma.











It was another messy day because there were lots of yummy things to eat. I took my food with me as I went for a stroll around the park.





Then it was time for more laps in the trike. I loved all this attention!





After a sleep at home, we all went over to Daddy's place where I had more presents to open. It was another really good day and I got lots of cool stuff. Now that my first birthday is over I can't wait for the next one (especially if I get to hear that Happy Birthday song again!).

It's Party Time - Part 1

Doesn't time fly? It seems like it was only yesterday that I was introduced to the world...the blurry world with lots of unfamiliar faces. But look at me now. Now I'm walking and laughing and even eating cake frosting! This was the party that I had a few days before my birthday. Everyone came to the park to see me and give me presents. I could get used to this!
I got lots of cool new toys and clothes. Now I just have to cut back on my sleeping so I have time to play with them all. I got to eat a big number 1 cake that Mummy and Daddy made for me. It got a bit messy!
You'll probably notice that my clothes change a few times in these photos. That's because I had to go back to the sand and water station and that can get very dirty.

Sand & Slide

I had another visit to the park on a nice sunny day. There was nobody there so I had it all to myself. This time I had my bucket and spade with me so I could do a bit of digging. I had a slide and then tried to climb back up it. It wasn't easy! One day I'm gonna make it to the top of the slide.
